The pop icon is once again partnering with Bucket Listers to bring back her immersive Holiday Bar experience, launching across four major U.S. cities starting November 13.
A Festive Wonderland Fit for the Queen of Christmas
The Mariah Carey Holiday Bar promises a one-of-a-kind, glittering celebration filled with festive cocktails, dazzling décor, and endless holiday spirit. According to a press release shared with PEOPLE, guests will step into a “fully-decorated holiday oasis” featuring wall-to-wall Christmas lights, Mariah-themed decorations, Santa’s sleigh photo ops, and re-creations of the singer’s most famous album backdrops.
Returning fans can expect plenty of familiar holiday magic from last year’s pop-ups — including twice-hourly plays of Carey’s holiday anthem “All I Want for Christmas Is You”, a “Letters to Mariah” station, and signature cocktails crafted with Carey’s own Black Irish cream liqueur.
Exclusive new touches include limited-edition merchandise, vinyl records of Carey’s holiday albums, and her most recent LP, Here For It All.
A Multi-City Celebration
This year’s holiday extravaganza expands to four cities, giving even more fans a chance to toast the season with Mariah:
- Los Angeles – Mondrian Sky Bar, Nov. 13
- New York – UNTITLED at 3 Freeman Alley, Nov. 14
- Miami – Ray’s @ Broken Shaker, Nov. 20

Mariah first teamed up with Virgin Hotels and Bucket Listers in 2022 for her Black Irish Holiday Bars, celebrating the 30th anniversary of her chart-topping holiday classic, “All I Want for Christmas Is You.” Those pop-ups, hosted in cities like Chicago, Nashville, and New Orleans, quickly sold out — establishing the concept as one of the most joyful seasonal events of the year.
This year’s version takes things up another notch. Fans can sip festive creations while surrounded by a playlist of Mariah’s biggest hits, twinkling lights, and holiday nostalgia.
A Golden Touch of Nostalgia: Other Holiday Pop-Ups Join In
Mariah’s festive empire isn’t the only immersive holiday experience making headlines this season. On November 19, San Diego will welcome “The Golden Girls Christmas Experience”, a themed bar and café paying homage to the beloved sitcom.
Fans can enjoy desserts like a Holiday Cheesecake Flight, Snowball Tiramisu Cups, and Golden Ornament Truffles, alongside drinks such as Blanche’s Hot Buttered Rum, Sophia’s Spiked Eggnog, and the cheekily named Ho Ho Ho Mule.
