Brad Pitt Enjoys ‘Quality Time’ with Ines de Ramon Ahead of F1 Press Tour: ‘They Are Still Doing Great’

Brad Pitt is savoring some downtime with girlfriend Ines de Ramon before the whirlwind of his upcoming F1 movie press tour begins. A source close to the Oscar-winning actor, 61, tells PEOPLE that Pitt is back in the U.S. after wrapping over two months of grueling filming for Heart of the Beast in New Zealand.
“Most of the filming was done in rugged areas, doubling as the Alaskan wilderness,” the insider said. “Filming was grueling with a lot of wind and rain. He’s happy to be back in the U.S. with Ines.”
Currently, Pitt is “getting some quality time with” de Ramon, 35, as they spend moments together in Los Angeles and Carmel, California. The source added that Pitt is “resting up before the major press tour for F1 kicks off” later this month, ahead of the film’s June 27 release.
“Ines will attend some public events with him,” the insider revealed. “They are still doing great. She’s perfect for him. She’s very supportive and excited about his career.”
In a rare comment about their relationship during a recent GQ interview, Pitt addressed speculation that their public debut as a couple at a Formula 1 race last year was a calculated move linked to his film. “No, dude, it’s not that calculated. How exhausting would that be … if you’re living with making those kinds of calculations? No, life just evolves. Relationships evolve,” he said.
Another source told PEOPLE on May 29 that de Ramon has been a “calming and supportive presence” for Pitt following his finalized divorce from Angelina Jolie. “There’s no pressure between them,” the insider noted. “She gives him space when he needs it, but is always there when it counts.”
The Fight Club star and jewelry-industry executive have been dating since 2022 and are reportedly in a “really solid place.” “Ines has brought a lot of peace into Brad’s life,” the source added. “Their relationship has been easy and natural.”
As Pitt prepares to promote F1 later this month, fans can look forward to seeing the couple together at select events, reflecting a relationship marked by mutual support and calm amid the spotlight.
